There’s a great concern on what we should and should not be putting in our bodies. Processed foods and additives have been linked to causing cancer and other diseases. While poultry and meats have been genetically engineered to be larger in size but offer less nutrients than that of organic poultry and meats. With all these concerns about food, it makes us wonder what foods are good enough for our bodies to consume that will have positive long-term effects on our bodies.

Loosely defined, alkaline foods, and alkaline itself helps to create a balance in the body fighting acid while maintaining positive pH levels in body fluids. Generally, diseases in the body form from body fluids (mucous) and diseases can only exist in an acidic environment.
